I'll one or two people to focus on making a complete set of overworld sprites for the main characters of this game. I'll give you a sprite sheet of Brendan and May, and all you'll have to is edit them, based on what the bigger sprite of this game's main characters look like. Can anyone get this done? OOO! OOO! PICK ME FOR THE TRAINER SPRITES! I'll get on it right away, since *almost* all of the gyn leaders are done

Putting it All Together:o------- All members I know its too early to worry about this one but to be honest with you, we must. We need to find a couple of willing programers to do this and I hopefully they will. IF, we can only find about 2 good programers, I'd be more than satisfied. i'm doing that, so count me in as the coordinator in that section. BTW, if the editor doesn't get completed soon then i suggest we use the one i'm developing.

1. I'll need two-three members(admins, moderaters, members,) to assign levels to which my new pokemon learn their moves. Yes, we still need these people! The moves list is nearly done, so we may be able to start giving Pokemon level moves, egg moves, and TMs/HMs2. I'll need a couple of members to create regular trainers, giving them pokemon as well. Also, give them locations that based on the areas listed in the Pokemon Location list. And by the way, when you've finished creating the trainer, it should look something like this. Trainer Name: ((EX HIKER BOB)) Gender: What does he/she say when you first meet: What does he/she say when you win: What does he/she say when you talk on the field: Pokemon: When choosing pokemon and a location for a trainer, you must be aware at all times of what level you give tehir pokemon. Depending on location could also determine the amount of pokemon you may give a trainer. (Example: I were to start off at Pinark town and enter Oran Forest, I would expect to fight level trainers with level 7-12 pokemon, as well as them having 1-3 pokemon.) Pokemon Name@(Held item goes here) Not necessary Level: Moves(They must be based on what they can learn out of the Region Onor pokedex.) We need lots of these from Route 182 onwards to the end of the game. However, special Rival/Friend/Gym battles are not includided in this list.------S P R I T E S------ Trainer Nearly all Gym Leaders etc are done, but common trainers are needed. See the Trainer sprites board.Trainer (Mini) My specialty! I think that I can handle most of these. Trainer (Back) These are needed for the main charecters, and MetaMew's sprite (Un-finished right now)Pokemon (Front) This is needed for a lot of the Pokemon that WON'T be tsken out.Pokemon (Back) Nearly every single Pokemon needs one...Pokemon (Mini) Yes, it is needed. Same as above ,but it needs two for an animation. If no animation is given, it'll just bob up and down...Pokemon (Footprints) Semi-simple to do, you just need to have imagination when looking at a foot. >____> Items You'll have to know a basic idea of what it is, so check out the Item sprites board to find out. Some of the Key Items will have to be more fully described, but the food should be more explanatory.Maps (Outisde) it's reccomened that if more than 1 person works on these, that they communicate when making route connections. And to use a same, universal tileset.Maps (Inside) Houses, buildings, caves. Think of the setting, and how big the house sprite is.Tiles (Day) This includes HOUSES! Make tiles that fit together well. Also, try to make shadowy tiles for ground tiles so it looks like realistic shade.Tiles (Night) Same as above, except no shade tiles are needed. But lighter areas of city-area tiles are needed for lamposts.OMG! That's a lot of work, are you up for it? A lot of stuff is done, mostly trainers, but the maps are in need of help. Mostly buildings. So, nearly everything has something that you can do.

------S P R I T E S------ Does the engine we're using have a high-level scripting language, because we can program an automatic lighting shader into the engine, so that we don't need millions of different tile sets for day and night and night in the light posts. also, two of my students caught me on this site and would like to do some of that work, if they may.

I assume that the program will be able to change the colors w/o us having to re make all the tiles/sprites, however I don't know how far along the program is or if anybody else does either. FMY over at PT has already said that he would like to do some scripting of his own over there to get the ball rolling.
So do you already have a program in development? If you do, I think it would be a great to use yours, as like I said I don't know if anybody knows when the PO engine will be done, however promissing it sounds.

Everyone doubts the PO engine. Don't worry, if you work to get all sprite and sotry work done, the engine will be ready by then.

I'll work on tiles but I need to know what size to make... 8x8, 16x16, 32x32, etc. Those are in pixels btw.
*The tile size is the same as the mini-sprite of the player... which is?

You need permission to get to those boards.
